By soliciting application from potential investors and advertising the vacant land plots on television, the web site and in news papers, the right industrialists to invest in these land estates are identified.

All the received applications are submitted to the relevant regional industry service committee’s established in each province.

Then selected applications are submitted to the ministry along with the regional industry service committee’s recommendation.

The committee’s recommendations are farther evaluated by the ministry’s project evaluation committee and selected industry projects are presented to the cabinet for approval.
