பிரிவூ : கைத்தொழில் மற்றும் கைத்தொழில் பேட்டை அபிவிருத்தி

சேவை : கைத்தொழில் பேட்டையில் ஏற்கனவே உள்ள ஒரு திட்டத்தை விரிவூபடுத்துவதற்காக கைத்தொழில் பேட்டையிலிருந்து ஒரு நிலப்பகுதியைப் பெறுதல்
முதலீட்டாளரின் கோரிக்கையை சமர்ப்பித்தல்.
- பிராந்திய கைத்தொழில் சேவைகள் நிலையத்தின் பிராந்திய கைத்தொழில் சேவைகள் குழுவின் பரிந்துரைகளைப் பெறுதல்.
- அமைச்சின் ஒப்புதலுக்காக பிராந்திய கைத்தொழில் சேவைகள் குழுவின் பரிந்துரைகளை சமர்ப்பித்தல்.
- அமைச்சின் மதிப்பீட்டுக் குழுவின் கணிப்பீட்டுக்கு உட்படுத்தல்.
- புதிய திட்டத்திற்கான அமைச்சரவையின் ஒப்புதலைப் பெறுதல்.
- முதலீட்டாளர்களுக்கு அமைச்சரவை ஒப்புதலை அறிவித்தல்.
- முதலீட்டாளர் நிலத்தை முறையாக ஒதுக்கி கொள்வதற்காக அமைச்சிற்கு ஒரு வைப்புத்தொகையை செலுத்த வேண்டும் என்பதோடுஇ அந்த ரசீதுடன் பின்வரும் ஆவணங்களை அமைச்சுக்கு சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.

- நிலத்தின் நில அளவையாளH திட்டம் - ஒரு தனியார் நில அளவையாளரினால்; தயாரித்தல் போதுமானது.
- கைத்தொழில் உற்பத்தி தொடங்கிய பின்னர் நீண்ட கால குத்தகைக்கு (35 ஆண்டுகள்) குத்தகை பத்திரத்தை வழங்குவதற்கான பரிந்துரை கடிதம்
- Submission of investor request along with the application and project proposal.
- Obtain recommendation of Regional Industry Services Committee (RISC) by the Regional Industry Services Center of the respective province.
- Submission of RISC recommendations to the Ministry for further evaluation.
- Evaluation of the project by the Ministry Evaluation Committee.
- Submission of Cabinet Memorandum on the basis of Ministry Evaluation Committee report.
- Obtain approval from the Cabinet of Ministers for each project.
- Notification of Cabinet Approval to each investor and obtain required documents from him/her, in order to issue the land allocation letter.
- Investor has to deposit performance security as determined by the Ministry and he/she should submit following documents:
- Receipt/Bank draft of the performance security.
- Industry work plan
- Survey plan of the land issued by a licensed surveyor.
- Issue land allocation letter to the investor in order to provide possession of the land.
- Issue letter of recommendation to obtain Lease Agreement, after commencement of the commercial production (the lease is subject to 35 years term).
- பூர்த்தி செய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்ப படிவம் - இந்த விண்ணப்பப்படிவம் மற்றும் அதை ப+Hத்தி செய்வது குறித்து அறிவூறுத்தல்களை பதிவிறக்கம் செய்வதற்கு ( யூppடiஉயவழைn Pனுகு) இணைப்பைப் பயன்படுத்தலாம்.
